It enables feed browsing, profile discovery, user matching, text and media messaging, voice messages, video chat, profile management, and subscription access. If you register for an account or continue using RyvoHub after the effective date shown above, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

Formal data-protection inquiries may also be directed to Privacy Officer as described in the Data Protection Officer (DPO) subsection under Rights and U.S. Notices.

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or comparable frameworks apply, we process personal data only when a valid legal basis (also referred to as a lawful basis) supports the activity. The following grounds describe why RyvoHub processes information for users worldwide.

Performance of a contract. We rely on performance of a contract to operate account registration, authentication, profile management, feed and matching features, messaging, media uploads, video sessions you initiate, and subscription entitlements tied to Google Play product listings.

Legitimate interests. We process certain data based on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights and freedoms. These interests include maintaining service reliability, detecting abuse, protecting accounts, running aggregated analytics, and reviewing crash diagnostics. We apply minimization, access controls, and retention limits to reduce privacy impact.

Consent. Where Android runtime permissions or optional features require your affirmative choice, we rely on consent. Camera, microphone, photos and media, and external storage access are requested only when you activate a linked capability. You may withdraw consent through Android system settings; related features may stop functioning.

Legal obligation. We may retain or disclose information when legal obligation requires us to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, maintain records connected to subscriptions, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

| Processing purpose | Legal basis applied |

|---|---|

| Account creation, login credentials, and profile fields | Performance of a contract; consent where applicable |

| Feed browsing, matching, chat, and video interaction | Performance of a contract |

| Avatar capture, gallery selection, voice clips, and live video | Performance of a contract; consent for device access |

| Google Play subscription verification and entitlement management | Performance of a contract; legal obligation for billing records |

| Usage analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostic telemetry | Legitimate interests |

| Cloud hosting, content delivery, and contracted processors | Performance of a contract; legitimate interests |

| Safety enforcement, fraud deterrence, and incident response | Legitimate interests; legal obligation where applicable |

Retention

We retain personal information only for periods reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Account and authentication data. Email addresses, account identifiers, display names, profile attributes, and session tokens remain while your account is active. After you complete account deletion through the in-app path in Changes and Contact or we confirm a verified email deletion request, we delete or anonymize associated personal information within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to backup rotation and lawful exceptions.

Messages and user-generated content. Text, images, voice recordings, and related metadata needed to display conversation history are retained until you delete applicable content where the product permits, remove threads, or delete your account. Encrypted backups may retain residual copies briefly before overwrite.

Device, diagnostic, and usage records. Crash logs, device metrics, and usage events used for analytics, security, and stability are generally kept for limited rolling intervals suited to investigation needs, then aggregated or removed according to internal schedules.

Subscription records. Metadata received from Google Play Billing—such as purchase tokens, product identifiers, and renewal status—is retained to validate entitlements, respond to billing inquiries, and satisfy tax or accounting obligations.

Legal and safety holds. When preservation is necessary to comply with legal process, protect users, resolve disputes, or enforce our User Terms, we may retain relevant information for the duration of the matter plus applicable limitation periods.

When retention periods end, we pursue secure deletion or de-identification using commercially reasonable methods.

Children

RyvoHub is intended exclusively for adults aged eighteen (18) and above. The application is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. During onboarding you may confirm that you meet the age requirement; we do not perform continuous in-app age verification beyond that initial confirmation.

If we learn that a person under 18 provided personal information without proper authorization, we will take steps to delete that information and close the related account when feasible. Parents or guardians who believe a minor used RyvoHub should contact mosesmpamellyukik@gmail.com with sufficient detail for us to investigate. You are responsible for providing accurate age information at registration.

Changes and Contact

We may revise this Privacy Policy when we add features, change vendors, respond to legal developments, or clarify how RyvoHub operates. When changes are material, we may notify you through in-app notices, email if we have your address, or by updating the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where separate consent is required by law.

We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.

Account deletion

Registered users may permanently remove a RyvoHub account using the following methods:

  1. In-app deletion: Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account. The in-app account deletion flow asks you to confirm your decision before profile data and account-linked content are permanently removed.
  2. Email request: If you cannot access the in-app path, or if you need assistance verifying account ownership before deletion, email mosesmpamellyukik@gmail.com with enough detail for us to confirm the account tied to your request.

You may also review account deletion guidance from the Personal Center, where informational pages may load in a WebView for compliance display only. We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification.

Transfers

RyvoHub is offered to Global audiences. Personal information may be processed in countries outside your residence, including jurisdictions whose privacy laws differ from those where you live. Engineering teams, hosting providers, customer support, and contracted processors may access data across borders to operate feeds, matching, messaging, media delivery, diagnostics, and subscription verification.

Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or comparable rules apply, we implement appropriate transfer safeguards—such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent approved mechanisms—for cross-border processing. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland who need additional detail about transfer safeguards may contact us or Privacy Officer using the channels listed under Controller and Changes and Contact.

Eligibility and Access Mode

Only individuals at least eighteen (18) years old may register for and use RyvoHub. The product is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly process children's personal information. You may confirm age during onboarding; we do not perform ongoing in-app age checks afterward.

Interactive social tools—including matching, messaging, media exchange, video chat, and personalized settings—generally require a registered account with login credentials. Limited read-only screens may appear before signup, but full participation typically depends on authentication.

You must safeguard your password and remain responsible for activity under your account. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly to mosesmpamellyukik@gmail.com using the guidance in Changes and Contact.

Platform Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to RyvoHub on Android distributed via Google Play only. It does not govern websites or services we do not control, or versions of the App distributed outside Google Play unless we expressly state otherwise.

Permission descriptions, scoped storage behavior, and system settings paths referenced in this Policy are Android-specific (including photos and media access under scoped storage conventions). This Policy does not describe Apple App Store distribution, iOS settings, IDFA, or Apple-only APIs.

Legal pages—including User Terms, this Privacy Policy, and account deletion instructions—may render inside a WebView within the Personal Center for informational display only, without advertising tracking or behavioral monitoring.

Features, permissions, and data practices may vary by App version, device manufacturer customization, and Android OS version.

Additional Operational Details

RyvoHub organizes social interaction around four primary workspaces on Android:

Video chat. Video sessions capture live camera frames and microphone audio only while you remain in an active call that you initiated or accepted. Capture stops when the session ends.

Subscriptions. RyvoHub offers subscriptions; specific plans, pricing, and feature entitlements are described in Google Play product listings. Subscription purchase, renewal, and cancellation are handled through Google Play Billing. We receive subscription status and related transaction metadata from Google to unlock features; we do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Matching recommendations. Matching suggestions use algorithmic scoring to highlight potential connections. We do not deploy solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects in areas such as credit, employment, or housing.

Support communications. If you contact us about privacy, billing, or technical issues, we process the information you submit—such as your email address, account identifier, and message content—to investigate and respond.

Permissions

RyvoHub requests Android runtime permissions at the moment a feature needs them—not at cold start for unrelated reasons. You may allow, deny, or later revoke permissions in Android settings; revocation may disable linked capabilities.

Camera

Purpose: Capture a new profile photo when you choose the camera option, and stream video during calls you initiate or accept.

When requested: Tapping camera actions in the Personal Center or entering an active video chat screen.

Background behavior: camera: not in the background. The sensor is inactive outside those user-driven flows.

Microphone

Purpose: Record voice messages when you press the record control and transmit audio during live video conversations.

When requested: Starting voice capture in chat or joining a video session.

Background behavior: microphone: not in the background. No ambient listening occurs outside explicit recording or call states.

Photos and Media

Purpose: Let you pick an avatar, attach images in chat, or select media in other upload entry points you open.

When requested: Actions such as "choose from gallery," "send image," or "change avatar." Under scoped storage, only items you select through the system picker or permitted scoped access are read.

Background behavior: photos: not in the background. We do not catalog or upload your entire library.

External Storage

Purpose: Read user-selected files and cache temporary media on Android versions where storage access or scoped-storage rules require it for locally chosen content.

When requested: Only when a feature you activate needs compatible local file access on your device.

Background behavior: External storage is not accessed in the background for unrelated scanning or bulk collection.

Denying a permission leaves other features available—for instance, text-only chat or feed browsing without video.

Data Inventory

Information flowing through RyvoHub comes from what you submit, what the app generates when you interact with others, technical signals from your Android device, and subscription events processed through Google Play Billing.

Information You Provide

Account setup may involve an email address, login credentials, a display name, and optional profile details. Messaging and profile tools let you send text, select or capture images, record voice messages, and join video conversations. Content you place on feeds or profiles is stored so other users can view it according to product rules and your settings.

Activity and Interaction Data

To run social features, we process match events, chat timestamps, delivery indicators, session identifiers linked to your account, and preferences you adjust in the Personal Center. Discovery and matching may reference profile attributes and interaction history to suggest potential connections.

Device and Technical Information

We may receive device model, Android version, application build, language preference, network type, IP address, and diagnostic identifiers that support security monitoring, crash analysis, and compatibility testing.

Subscription and Billing Data

RyvoHub offers subscriptions described in Google Play product listings. Google Play Billing supplies purchase confirmations, product identifiers, and entitlement status. Google processes payment credentials; we do not store full payment card numbers.

Boundaries on Collection

We do not bulk-scan your media library, ambient-record audio, or activate the camera except when you deliberately open a feature that requires those capabilities.

Google Play Data Safety alignment
